Congratulations members of the Class of 2013! As we enter the last months of your high school career, it is time for you to apply to the Local Scholarships Program Limestone offers each year. LCHS has over 30 scholarships made available by local organizations and community members, the 8 feeder schools, and families in memory of loved ones. All of the information you need to apply for the Local Scholarship Program as well as other scholarship applications made available by community organizations are listed below. Everything you need to know about applying to the scholarships is available in the “Instruction sheet”. Please print a copy of this form to help you with the process.
Below is a list of all the available scholarships for 2013.
The application is available in PDF and Word formats. Please use whichever format is best for you to complete your application. Do not forget to save a copy of your document on your computer at home and/or your x-drive here before you print, sign and return it to Mrs. Decker. Word version

The teacher recommendation form is available in a PDF file. You must print 2 copies of the form, fill in your name and give them to each teacher you ask to write the recommendation for you. Teachers are also able to go to "Teacher Information and Forms" to save and fill out the recomendation form. Teachers can e-mail the completed recommendation directly to Mrs. Decker.
In addition to the local scholarship program, applications for several other local scholarships are listed. These have specific requirements, guidelines and instructions. If you meet the requirements for these scholarships, please apply for them as well! Follow the instructions to qualify for the scholarships. Bryan Maser Scholarship Must be attending ICC in Fall 2013 as a full-time student.
Limestone Girls Softball Association Scholarship Must have participated in LGSA a total of 4 years and between junior and senior year of high school and be enrolled as a full-time student in college.
American Legion Auxiliary Scholarship Must meet academic requirements and have a relationship to a member of the American Legion #979.
Limestone Area Chamber of Commerce 2013 Community Service Scholarship Emphasis on student's involvement in school and community service based projects and programs.
Limestone Area Chamber of Commerce 2013 Vocational-Technical Scholarship Emphasis on students who have been involved in the business, computer science, industrial technology and co-op programs while at LCHS.
